I received a complementary copy in return for an honest review.
I have to start off by saying, Unsettled the 1st book in this series made me cry like no other, that was until I read this book. Thanks Alisa for that :)
I love Lizzie and her spunk she is stronger in this book. You can't help but feel for her. She's trying to move on, but the wrong way by not wanting to fall in love again. I get her point of view after what Teagan did to her (ass move btw). That is until she meets Nick.
Oh Nick he's just heaven sent. He's there for her though all her bad and good times. They become good friends, because that's what Lizzie wants. When tragedy strikes Lizzie shuts down and does what she knows to drink. Once again Nick is there to pick her up.
I could go on and I want to but I would give the whole book way. I highly recommend this book to every and anyone. This book keeps you wanting more. I can't wait until the next book comes out. I'm on edge to find out what's going to happen to Nick and Lizzie.
Great job Alisa keep up the awesome work and thank you for Nick! <3
But can she keep that promise after meeting Nick Sawyer, the gorgeous Texan who has fallen for her?
Follow Lizzie to Ireland where she struggles with tragedy and rediscovers herself all over again.
Writing took a back seat when I fell into the business world rat race and tried out several occupations. Nothing has every felt more satisfying than writing. So here I am! I published my first book “Unsettled” in February. “Unchosen” goes lives on May 12, 2014 and I am working on “Unrequited”, the last book in the Chosen Series. I am working on a new romantic suspense book series concurrently. In addition to those WIP, I am collaborating an anthology with several other Indie authors.
In my rare off time, I enjoy baseball with my family. My husband and our two children are major Rangers and Red Sox fans. We live between San Antonio and Austin, Texas and I like it here. It’s very quiet, a great place to write. I also own my own macramé necklace business, Devika Knots. I started it with my daughter five years ago and it has become a great business. So art is my life now. I feel blessed and honored to be among the Author Club.
